HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20505 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition is that the respondents have not passed any orders on the application dated 19.04.2016, submitted by the petitioners in Form-6A for grant of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.386/1, situated at Pasumamula Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which they have inherited from their father.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application dated 19.04.2016 submitted by the petitioners in Form-6A for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
