THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEPT CASE No. 1214 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients instructed him not to press the contempt case and he sought liberty to the petitioners to take steps with respect to granting of pattas to the individuals by impleading them as party respondents in W.P.No.8315 of 2018.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
