HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.23783 OF 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining inaction in disposing of a representation said to have been filed on 11.05.2015. Learned counsel is unable to inform the Court on the outcome of representation during the pendency of the writ petition. After perusing the representation, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be given liberty to apply afresh for removing the encroachments or preventing the realtors from occupying the subject matter of the writ petition. If a request is made or representation given, the authorities are directed to examine and take a decision expeditiously.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
