HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15998 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering the FIR on the basis of complaint of the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04-04-2017, a case in Cr.No.330 of 2017 dated 04-04-2017 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act on the file of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. The petitioner again made complaint on 17-10-2017 regarding matrimonial dispute pending before the Court and that the petitioner was informed that the same is civil in nature. In view of the same, no further direction can be issued. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her under law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
