THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11991 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.22 of 2015 on the file of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the concerned Station House Officer may be directed to complete the investigation as early as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, is hereby directed to complete the investigation as early as possible, preferably, within one month from the date of receipt of this order. With the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
