This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the loan amounts to be disbursed to the members of the petitioners' Societies. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
