This is a case where the officials have seized commercial quantity of ganja from the possession of petitioner/A5 when he illegally transporting the same on 7.3.2017.

The investigation is reported to be pending and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

Having regard to this fact and in view of the interdict laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, it is not a fit case to grant bail to petitioner/A5.
