This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, aggrieved by the order, dated 11.06.2019, passed in I.A.No.91 of 2019 in O.S.No.316 of 2009 by the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the petition filed by the respondents 1 & 2/ defendants 1 and 2 under Section 151 of CPC to reopen the case for further chief examination of D.W.1 to the extent of marking certain documents, was allowed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff opposed the application, which was filed before the Court below to reopen the case of D.W.1 for further chief examination for marking of certain documents. The learned counsel on record for the petitioner/ plaintiff before the Court below has disputed the documents sought to be marked by the defendants. 4 .
In the circumstances of the case, the proof, validity, binding nature and relevancy of the documents filed are required to be considered by the Court below at the time of final verdict. As seen from the record, the Court below neither exceeded its jurisdiction nor committed any illegality in passing the impugned order.

With to the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision petition, shall stand closed.
