When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had expired and that salary to which the deceased-petitioner was entitled to, was already paid to his family members.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
