JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No. 16006 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri B.Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner no longer desires to challenge the vires of the provisions of the Service Tax Rules; and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question the assessment order in appropriate legal proceedings. Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
