Sri T.Vinod Kumar, Learned Counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the Arbitration Application with liberty to file such an application before the Bombay High Court.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
