THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1210 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that this Court vide order dated 06.08.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.16603 of 2019 granted interim order directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate in the pole climbing test, if the 4th phase of pole climbing test is to be conducted. He further contends that since the 4th phase of pole climbing test is not conducted, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.16603 of 2019, dt.06.08.2019 has not been violated. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
