HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.227 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.523 of 2014 from the file of the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to try along with O.S.No.372 of 2014 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
