The writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondentHidayatullah National Law University, New Raipur in rejecting the application of the petitioner in Form No.216294 for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-2013) without assigning any reason, as illegal and arbitrary.

Since the writ petition is filed challenging the rejection of the application for Common Law Admission Test-2013 and nothing prevents the petitioner from applying afresh for succeeding admission tests, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
