The petitioners filed this Writ Petition with the grievance that they are being tossed up between respondent Nos.2 and 3 in connection with their filing an application for grant of building permission in Survey No.974 of Mittapally Village, Siddipet Municipality, Medak District.

Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (TS), appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have not submitted their application so far and that as and when they submit such an application, respondent No.3 will receive the same and do the needful as per law.

Except the assertion in their affidavit that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have directed them to approach each other, no material in support thereof has been filed by the petitioners. In the wake of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.3 will receive the application that may be filed by the petitioners and process the same in accordance with law, the petitioners are permitted to make an application before respondent No.3.

Subject to the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49880 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
