HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14829 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to the complaint dated 02.04.2014 lodged by the petitioner, a crime was registered and after completion of investigation, a final report was filed referring the case as "lack of evidence". Since the petitioner is not satisfied and having objections on the final report he filed a protest application and the same was allowed. The Court below after taking cognizance of the offence, numbered the case as C.C.No.246 of 2017.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
