This contempt case is wholly misconceived, for the petitioners are seeking enforcement of an order passed as far back as 17.3.2008 in W.P. No.2329 of 2008 ignoring various subsequent events including order dt.1.3.2016 passed by this Court in P.I.L. No.207 of 2015. Having regard to the fact that the situation in which this Court has passed the order in the above mentioned writ petition was fundamentally different from the present situation, the petitioners cannot take shelter under the order passed by me in the said writ petition.
