HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26394 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "Therefore, humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering petitioners' application dated 29-06-2016 submitted for granting pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour for agricultural land admeasuring Ac.6-20 cents covered by survey No.531/2 Ananthaiahgaripalli Revenue Village in Pullampet Mandal of Kadapa District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and rules framed thereunder and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to grant Pattadar Pass books and title deeds by mutating petitioners names in all relevant land revenue records being maintained by the 4th respondent for the said land and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions dated 16-08-2016 stating that subject lands of the petitioners was included in the prohibited list for registration under Section 22-A1(a) of the Registration Act (for short "the Act") in pursuance to the orders dated 23-12-2015 in Writ Appeal Nos.232/2012 and Batch. It is also stated that the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.300 Revenue (Assign-I) Department, dated 05-07-2016 has also constituted a committee for consideration of the grievances of the persons affected by the notification under Section 22-A of the Act. As such, it is for the petitioners to seek redressal before the Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioners also stated that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach before the Committee constituted vide G.O.Ms.No.300 dated 05-07-2016.

In view of the same, liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue remedies available under G.O.Ms.No.300, dated 05-07-2016. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to

the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
