Sri M. Ganga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that in view of the order, dated 06.11.2015, passed by this Court, the concerned authorities have issued notice under Section 6 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and, therefore, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
