Manthani Jaggaiah v. State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46418 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in considering the intimation dated 18.09.2015 made in Form-IV (A) under Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') and A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules for mutation of the names of petitioners in Revenue records in respect of the land in Survey No.577/ 2 admeasuring Acs.2.19 guntas situated at Peddapalli Village and Mandal as illegal and arbitrary." 3.
Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to pass orders on the intimation letter dated 18.09.2015 made by the petitioners in Form-VI (A) of the Act, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same, provided the said intimation letter is endorsed.
