THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P. No.18506 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents Police particularly, 4th respondent, Station House Officer, Subedari Police Station, calling the petitioner to Police Station and also visiting the land of the petitioner and interfering with the civil dispute.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material placed on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 04.09.2019 of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Police Station, submitted that based on the complaint of one Lavanya Dasari and others, a case is registered against the sons of the petitioner on 02.06.2019 regarding trespassing into complainant's land. During the course of investigation, Investigating Officer visited the scene of offence in Sy.No.181/1 as part of investigation in Crime No.252 of 2019 and served notice under Section 91(1) Cr.P.C. on 03.06.2019 to the accused persons i.e. sons of the petitioner. He also submitted that the 4th respondent, Station House Officer, never called the petitioner to Police Station at any point of time nor interfered with the civil disputes.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
