HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1438 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Palmaner PS, Chittoor District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A2 in Cr.No.123 of 2014 during the course of investigation. Petitioner/A2 shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
