ORAL ORDER:

This revision is filed questioning the order dated 5.6.2017 in I.A.No. 514 of 2017 in Gu.O.P.No. 845 of 2015 by the Principal District Judge, Warangal dismissing the application filed under Section 6-VIII & IX of the Guardian and Ward Act seeking interim custody of the minor children.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad and learned counsel for respondent Sri A Prabhakar Rao. 3.

Since both counsel agreed for the order that is proposed, Court is not recording detailed reasons and disposing of the revision with the following directions:

Petitioner is granted permission to meet his children by name Vineel Adithya and Akhil Nanda on second and fourth Sunday of every month. On second Sunday of every month in the Family Court, Warangal premises between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM. On fourth Sunday of every month respondent shall handover the children to her counsel appearing on her behalf in the Court below by 10.00 AM and petitioner shall take the children from the office of respondent's counsel and shall handover the children to same counsel by 5.00 PM. In no circumstances, petitioner shall keep the children with him after 2.00 PM/ 5.00 PM on respective dates.

If there is any difficulty in implementation of the above orders or non-compliance of the orders, it is open to the parties to approach the Principal District Judge, Warangal and seek appropriate orders.

Subject to above, the revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
