These petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime/F.I.R.No.636 of 2015 on the file of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss these petitions. Recording the said submission, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Petitions shall stand dismissed.
