THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITON Nos.11835, 11836, 11838, 11839, 11840, 11841, 11842, 11843, 11844, 11850 of 2015 COMMON ORDER Since the petitioner/accused in all these criminal petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. The petitioner is one of the accused in different crimes for transportation of sand illegally and without any permission from the authorities concerned. He filed all these criminal petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

3. When these petitions came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was produced on PT Warrant and he was remanded to judicial custody and therefore, these criminal petitions have become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, all these Criminal Petitions are dismissed.
