THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4821 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/A1 to A6 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.149/2022 on the file of Shahabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 447, 427, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that on the basis of forged document the 1st petitioner filed a civil suit and obtained an injunction order, subsequently, it is stated that aggrieved defacto complainant went before the concerned civil court and got the injunction orders vacated. The alleged fabricated documents are in possession of the Civil Court.

In the said circumstances, petitioners/A1 to A6 shall be granted Anticipatory Bail on the following conditions.

1) The petitioners/A1 to A6 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Shahabad Police Station, Cyberabad, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/ A1 to A6 on bail, on their executing a

personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties of a like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) On such release, 1st petitioner/A1 shall appear before the said Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m., for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier; and the petitioners/A2 to A6 shall appear before the said Station House Officer as and when required.

3) The petitioners/A1 to A6 shall not indulge in any activity attracting penal consequences, failing which the prosecution is at liberty to file petition seeking cancellation of bail.

4) The petitioners/A1 to A6 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
