On the information received by the Registry from the Court concerned, it is clear that the suit-O.S.no.73 of 2009 was dismissed as not pressed on 10.09.2014 and therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
