No representation for the revision petitioners - defendant Nos.1 and 2.

The present Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order, dated 24.06.2015, in I.A.No.288 of 2015 in O.S.No.235 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District. The said I.A was filed under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, seeking to reject the suit filed by respondent No.1 - plaintiff, and the same was dismissed by the order under challenge. The status report placed by the Registry would show that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 10.02.2017. In such an event, the present revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the revision petitioners to move yet another application of this nature, in case the suit is restored. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the revision, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
