HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37808 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the records relating to FIR No.233 of 2016 on the file of the Station House officers, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, and to set aside the same.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The 4th respondent lodged a complaint alleging that his daughter had acquaintance with the petitioner and the petitioner along with another lady, assured that they will arrange a job for his daughter in Singapur and arranged for Visa and the daughter of the 4th respondent went to Singapur and there she came to know that the petitioner received an amount of Rs.3,00,000/ - towards six months salary of the daughter of the 4th respondent, from the owners at Singapur, without informing the same to her. Therefore, the daughter of the petitioner tried to return India without informing her owners and she was arrested at the Airport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way concerned with the alleged offences and there are no specific allegations against her, and since she is a lady, she is apprehending arrest and harassment in the hands of police. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that on the basis of the complaint, a case was registered against the petitioner and another and the respondents are investigating into the matter in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the investigation in the above crime, and file a final report, in accordance with law in either way, without arresting the petitioner. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the investigating officer concerned and cooperate with the investigation.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
