THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17045 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted representation on 12.03.2018 to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner herein, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to verify the representation, dated 12.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
