This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 31.03.2009 in F.C.M.C.No.73 of 2008 passed by the learned Family Judge-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

02. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

03. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

04. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
