THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1433 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 17.10.2014 in I.A.No.73 of 2014 in O.S.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
