THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27103 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

Though notice is served on the unofficial respondents 4 and 5, there is no representation for them.

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representations dated 23.07.2016 and 14.01.2016 filed by petitioners 1 and 3 for not seizing the Open Well and Bore Wells drilled by respondents 4 and 5, as illegal and arbitrary.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to decide the representations dated 23.07.2016 and 14.01.2016 filed by petitioners 1 and 3 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
