Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also taken as heard learned counsel for the respondents for no more arguments submitted and perused the material on record. Having regard to the above, without prejudice to all available defence of the petitioner/accused, for nothing to interdict the investigation, the Writ Petition itself is disposed of by directing the police to complete the investigation as early as possible, however, by making clear in the event of necessity of arrest, the police should follow strictly Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and guidelines of the expression of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1.
