THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10499 OF 2003 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not paying the salaries to the working staff members for the months from January, 2003 onwards, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 11.06.2003, directed that the salary for the staff of respondent No.3 institution whose appointments were approved by the competent authority against the aided vacancies and continuing in service shall be released.

Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for higher education states that the interim order granted by this Court on 11.06.2003 is complied with, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
