.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased issue a writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction order or orders to declare (1) the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in ROC No.2699/2011/G1 dated 23.12.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the HMC Act and (2) the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent dated 31.12.2012 is illegal and consequently (3) the action of the 5th Respondent disconnecting the power supply of the Petitioners' houses is illegal and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with the Petitioners houses bearing D.No's: 20-5-95/B and 20-5-95/A, Sanjay Gandhi Colony, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati Town.

WPMP. No. 249 of 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent not to demolish the petitioners houses bearing D. No. 20-5-95/B and 20-5-95/A, Sanjay Gandhi Colony, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupathi Town, pending WP No. 234 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 23-01-2015, 30-01-2015 & 18-02-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kiran Tirumalasetti Advocate for the Petitioners and of GP for Municipal Administration(A.P) for the respondent No. 1 and of Sri D. Bhaskar Reddy, Advocate for the respondent No. 2 and of GP for Revenue (A.P) for the respondent No. 3 and of Sri O. Manohar Reddy, Advocate for the respondent No. 4 & 5, the Court made the following.
