This Criminal Petition, under Section 4BZ of the Code oF Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A1, 44 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.776 of 2020 of Jeedimeua police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307 read with 34 of I.p.C.

Heard, Perused the record.
3. On written instructions, dated OL.Og.2OZt, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is .completed, charge sheet is filed before the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, and p.R,C.No.37 of 2O2L is also assigned.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners/A1, A4 and 45 to work out the remedies available under law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
