Sri V.V. Ramana, learned counsel representing Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this civil revision petition has become infructuous as the suit in O.S.No.2468 of 2006 has already been disposed of by the trial Court and the interlocutory order passed therein does not survive for consideration. Recording the said statement, the civil revision petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
