When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the petitioner's grievance, the petitioner submitted representation on 21.03.2018 to the third respondent but no action has been taken till now. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to verify the representation dated 21.03.2018 stated to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
