After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh petition after obtaining certain documents, which are necessary.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
