CRLP NO: 6348 OF 2020 Petition under Section 437 &.439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner / accused No.

3 on bail in connection with Crime No.302 of 2020 of III Town Police Station, Khammam in the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 21.10.2020 made in Crl.

ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner/A3 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 2!.12.2O2O in Crl.P.No.6348 of 2O2O with regard to his appearance before the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Khammam every day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of final report. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the circumstances narrated, the condition imposed vide order dated 21,12.2O20 with regard to appearance of the petitioner/A3 before the Station House Officer concerned is modified as follows:- "The petitioner/A3 shall attend before the Station House Officer concerned once in fortnight i,e., Second and Fourth Saturdays of every month between 10.O0 A.M. and 11,O0 A,M. till filing of charge sheet." The other conditions imposed in the said order remain unaltered. The application is ordered, accordingly.
