THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18555 of 2019 O R D E R:
Petitioner asserts that she is the owner of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.40 cents in Survey No.10/E situated at Gompalli (Z) Village, Cherla Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, having acquired the same through registered Will Deed dated 21.09.2004 from one Muthyala Surya Satyanarayana Murthy, father of respondent No.4 and brother of the petitioner; that since then, she has been in possession of the same and her name was also mutated in the revenue records; that it has come to light recently that the name of respondent No.4 was entered in the revenue records and as respondent No.4 without her knowledge had availed the benefit under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme, she filed a revision along with an application for stay before respondent No.2-Joint Collector, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, on 21.08.2019; and that as on date, since no orders have been passed either on the stay application or on the main revision, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that in normal circumstances, this Court directs that the revision or stay application be disposed of within four weeks and same direction may be given in this writ petition also.
Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to pass orders either on the stay application or on the main revision by following due process of law, within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
