The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 26.11.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting the office to post the writ petition under the caption 'for withdrawal'. From the perusal of the said letter, it is evident that the petitioner requested its counsel to withdraw the writ petition. Having regard to the said fact, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
