When the matter was called on 12.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was posted to 78.L2.2O23. Again on 19.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed to list the matter on 2l .12.2023 under the caption for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption for dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not having aly interest in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed.
