HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2385 of 2013 ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed, under Section 397 and 401
Cr.P.C, against the order dated 07.08.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2012 in DVC.No.174 of 2012 passed by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Crl.M.P. No.31/2012 was partly allowed directing the Income Tax Officer, Office of the Commissioner of the Income Tax, Delhi for production of income tax particulars of the petitioner herein/accused for assessment years 2005-2006, 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 on payment of process. The first respondent-husband in the DVC filed the present Revision Case.
3. Today it is represented that in pursuance of the order of the Court below in Crl.M.P. No.31/2012 dated 07.08.2013, the documents have been received and were also exhibited, and in that view of the matter nothing survives for adjudication in the present Revision Case.
4. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
