It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner-A2 in C.C.No.264 of 2006 has been acquitted by the trial Court for the offences with which he was charged and as such this criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
