CVNR, J CC 2122/2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order of this Court dt.03.06.2009 in W.P. No.12450 of 2006. The respondent has filed a counter affidavit categorically denying violation of the above order of this Court. The averments in the counter affidavit remained uncontroverted. Added to this, counsel for the petitioner is not present.

In the light of the above, as the petitioner failed to make out a case of wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, the contempt case is dismissed.
