Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, submits that the above matters have been settled before the High Court Lok Adalat through award dated 06.12.2014.

2. In view of the matters being settled at High Court Lok Adalat, all the appeals and the cross-objections are disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise entered between the parties before the Lok Adalat. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeals, shall stand closed. No costs.
