THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.1277 of 1993 JUDGMENT:

As there was no representation for the appellant on 22.01.2018, this Court directed the Appeal Suit to be listed on 07.02.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". On 07.02.2018 and 14.02.2018, requests were made for adjourning the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is directed to be listed today under the same caption. When the matter is listed today under the same caption, yet again, there is no representation for the appellant. The above conduct of the appellant indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal Suit.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
