HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9472 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the circular No.PD-78/2002 dated 26.12.2002 is not applicable to petitioners and to direct respondents to extend the standard Schedule Rates to petitioners notified by Government of A.P. for the year 2002-03 onwards till the services of petitioners are absorbed in appropriate cadre.

On 13.05.2003, this Court granted interim direction in WPMP No.18174 of 2003 directing respondents not to reduce the wages that are being paid to petitioners until further orders.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 13.05.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
